At 3+, you can exploit solution

At 4-, GM adds an unwelcome complication"

Does this mean that if you roll a 3 or a 4, both things happen? It's not very clear.

1-2 = failure

3-4 = (mix) you can exploit the solution but GM as a complication

5+ = (succeed) you can exploit the solution
